【仕事内容】
都心部(主に港区エリア)を中心としたハイエンド不動産の売買営業をご担当いただきます。
超高級物件を多数取り扱う環境で、以下の業務を一貫してお任せします。
- 物件のご案内(内覧対応)
- 売買条件の調整・交渉
- 契約関連業務
- 引き渡し(決済)までの一連の業務対応
裁量が大きく、ご自身の営業スタイルを活かしながら成果を上げていただけるポジションです。
【応募要件】
■ 必須条件
- 不動産売買営業の実務経験3年以上
- 物件案内から決済まで一連の業務を単独で遂行できる方
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル以上
- 英語:ビジネスレベル以上
※元付け(売主側)業務の場合は英語力不問
■ 歓迎条件
- 宅地建物取引士(宅建)資格保有者
※正社員登用後、月額5,000円の資格手当あり - 中国語スキルをお持ちの方

We own and operate a growing portfolio of distinctive boutique hotels in Hakuba Valley, one of Japan's premier mountain destinations and a globally recognized ski resort. Our properties range from vibrant lifestyle accommodations to premium mountain retreats, welcoming guests from around the world throughout all four seasons. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded leader to drive revenue growth, distribution strategy, direct bookings, and international market development across our hotel portfolio.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead all aspects of revenue management, distribution, digital marketing, and business development across our hotel portfolio. This role is ideal for an internationally minded hospitality professional currently living and working in Japan who is looking to take the next step in their career and assume broader commercial responsibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, direct bookings, and overall profitability across the portfolio.
Candidate Profile
Required:
- Native or fluent English
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese
- Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality experience
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Preferred:
- Revenue management, e-commerce or commercial strategy experience
- Experience with PMS, CRS, channel management and OTA platforms
- Resort or destination hospitality experience
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian travel markets
